Project Details:
We all have visited ATMs to withdraw cash. Many of us might also be intrigued on understanding the working behind ATM. How does it give out the money? Well, this thought also intrigued a young mind – Asrush. This boy understood the mechanism with the help of motors and wheels and demonstrated it by his very own ATM machine. Of course, this is a small model not associated with any bank.

The whole mechanism was developed using the Metrix Junior kit and then it was very well covered under his ATM box. The ATM box was Aarush’s creative work to make it look like an exact replica of an original ATM machine. The ATM box had a print of keypad to enter your password and amount, also a print for the screen and a tiny cut where you can insert your ATM crad. There’s a small slit in the centre from where the machine will dispense the money, this can be seen in the image from where the 500 Rs. note is popping out. The mechanism used two motors with two wheels and was controlled by Metrix Junior remote. Next time, if you are short of money, you can surely use Aarush’s ATM. But we cannot assure you if it still has the money or Aarush has utilized everything for his Robotics adventure.
